Polystyrene foam foil profiles cut with hot wire spliced together then laminated with fiberglass 4 oz cloth and epoxy for fairing strength

 Foil mold will be single sided both sides will be made in same mold

 Bottom tip trailing edge of foil

Tooling trim and clean up
